Hey everyone! Sunday is approaching and we’re ramping up for our first (in a looooooong time) pipe club meeting.

The little lapel pins have arrived and will be on hand to be given out to those who attend this meeting!

The weather is expected to be cloudy on Sunday with a high of 12 degrees. I think we might be meeting in the garage with a heat lamp instead of the backyard gazebo so be sure to dress a bit warmly.

There will be coffee (or tea) and malted beverages ‘n light snacks available. There will be some tobacco to try out, and some pipes to show off as well. Be sure to bring along any pipes you’d like to show and maybe some tobacco for others to sample.

We’ll also discuss the next meeting and shoot around some ideas. We were thinking of having a meeting take place near one of the cigar stores in town to help support their business and show them there are some pipe smokers in town? We could examine that idea further. Perhaps the next meeting might focus on how we keep our pipes clean and fresh between smokes? Or perhaps how to choose a rotation of pipes? How do we keep our pipes looking shiny ‘n new? There are lots of topics we could look at.
